Book Review: 13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher

“I hope you're ready because I'm about to tell you the story of my life. More specifically, why my life ended. And if you're listening to these tapes, you're one of the reasons why.” A Rumour started a reputation that other people believed  in and reacted to and sometimes a rumour has a snowball effect. A Rumour is Just the Begining. so basically the plot is our dude(Clay Jensen) returns from school to find a mysterious box with his name on it lying on his porch. inside he discovered thirteen cassette tapes recorded by Dead girl Hanna Bakar, his classmate who had committed suicide two weeks earlier. basically, those tapes were like journals of Hanna were she justifies her reason to consider suicide and she made the tapes in same order how her friend and classmates betrayed her. I consider first few reasons where consist of high school bullying, then it shifted real dark when stuff like physical abuse, accidental murder and Rapes popped up. I ...

“Sometimes life is not about what u want to do but what u ought to do” I want to share a fact with you guys first, well I started reading novel 3 years ago and the novel I readied first was “Revolution 2020”, and I read it again yesterday to do justice with the novel in my review. It’s like a habit of mine to read reviews first then the novel, and most of the time I disagree with the reviews  they post on Goodreads and many other, I hated the fact there was very few balanced review for a novel, either they say its worst or its best, come ‘on  “stars coz I  am not allowed to give less than that” this is pure bullshits because of reviews like this the actual poll rating goes either too much low else high, so I Apologies  to the author  for response like that, I know how much hard work you guys are putting to complete a book.Enough already, let’s get to the story. “Sometimes your heart can lead you to a dead end.” the cover gives too much idea...

From biscuits to brides, if there is anything their children really want, parents have a problem. Well, here I am I thought last time would be the only time when I was writing review for any Chetan bhagat novel, but a friend suggested I should do as many as I can, so here we are with 4 th novel of Chetan Bhagat.so let’s keep the party rolling Basically, it is the story about a couple coming from two different states in India, who face hardships in convincing their parents to approve of their marriage. Book starts inside a mess of IIM, where we meet our main character Krish & Ananya, book is written based on point of view of krish, which ensure we have a good humor, why just don’t ask…  anyway, they became friends studied together, I don’t think I need to say but, if you put boy and girl with the book, there is no way going to be a love triangle, effortlessly they fall in love. , Boy proposed to get married, girl excepted, see its Easy…, they planned a ge...

Book Review: Half Girlfriend by Chetan Bhagat

“There are things some people can never understand. There’s no point telling them.”         This is for the girl, who is only been through this book. so, let's get the story straight, this book is basically about a guy who tried to get the past to friend zone and move forward to an intimate relationship and how he screwed his friendship in the process. Does it sound like most of the school romance to you?! Madhav visits the Author with a Journals of her dead girlfriend, and forced him to read,  anyway here's the main plot madhav AKA (prince of Bihar) meets Riya, and he falls in love with her in exactly 3 seconds...  For starters, I hate to despise the whole love at first sight crap. The fact that someone can fall instantly in love with a person in a matter of seconds is completely unrealistic to me. well, they become friends, more like a basketball friend...that's easy see. now our  hero ...

Book Review: Pulse by Gail McHugh

Image
When I tried to structure my thoughts to write this review, I discovered that it’s actually very hard to write something about a book I liked but didn’t love. I definitely have no hard feeling toward “pulse” but I also don’t really have anything to rave about. Which makes me feel a little conflict about the rating. Here, the recap for its first part collide, it’s simple, Love triangle to be exact. Gavin meets Emily, things looks good between them, till Gavin’s ex-entered his apartment, and from there things started went to south when Emily get back to his bf Dillon and decided to married him, book ended on cliff hanger where Emily decided to not to marry her first love and get back to her only true love.  How do you keep existing when your heart is so splintered, so completely torn to shreds, your pulse is fading? This story starts as a little bit of a love triangle, but then only true love will be the one to conquer. What will happen when Emily ...

A missed first encounter... Colliding with a second chance. I’ll just start it off by enlightening you on what this book entails: Boy sees the girl. Boy falls instantly in love with the girl literally a second after seeing her. The girl has a douchebag boyfriend. The girl doesn’t realize that said boyfriend is a douchebag and ignores all obvious douchebag tendencies. Girl ignores boy because she loves said, boyfriend. Boy doesn’t care that girl ignores him or has a douchebag boyfriend. Boy spends every waking second of every freaking day chasing girl The girl eventually comes to her senses and instantly realizes that she's in love with the boy. ...Yeah, you’d like to think that's what happened… But readers don’t even get a happily-ever-after in this book because it ends on an effing That’s just what every reader loves to find out after reaching that last page, am I  Right? No, That just makes ...
