“I hope you're ready because I'm about to tell you the story of my life. More specifically, why my life ended. And if you're listening to these tapes, you're one of the reasons why.” A Rumour started a reputation that other people believed  in and reacted to and sometimes a rumour has a snowball effect. A Rumour is Just the Begining. so basically the plot is our dude(Clay Jensen) returns from school to find a mysterious box with his name on it lying on his porch. inside he discovered thirteen cassette tapes recorded by Dead girl Hanna Bakar, his classmate who had committed suicide two weeks earlier. basically, those tapes were like journals of Hanna were she justifies her reason to consider suicide and she made the tapes in same order how her friend and classmates betrayed her. I consider first few reasons where consist of high school bullying, then it shifted real dark when stuff like physical abuse, accidental murder and Rapes popped up. I ...

Book Review: collide(spoilers)by Gail McHugh

A missed first encounter... Colliding with a second chance.

I’ll just start it off by enlightening you on what this book entails:

Boy sees the girl.
Boy falls instantly in love with the girl literally a second after seeing her.
The girl has a douchebag boyfriend.
The girl doesn’t realize that said boyfriend is a douchebag and ignores all obvious douchebag tendencies.
Girl ignores boy because she loves said, boyfriend.
Boy doesn’t care that girl ignores him or has a douchebag boyfriend.
Boy spends every waking second of every freaking day chasing girl
The girl eventually comes to her senses and instantly realizes that she's in love with the boy. ...Yeah, you’d like to think that's what happened… But readers don’t even get a happily-ever-after in this book because it ends on an effing
That’s just what every reader loves to find out after reaching that last page, am I  Right? No, That just makes me want to kill myself if I am reading a book like this.

For starters, the characters in this story, in general, weren’t the least bit likable.
I think that we all got that Emily was pretty after the thousandth time of it being mentioned in the book.
As for Emily's boyfriend Dillon... He had absolutely no redeemable qualities… None. He was disgusting in every sense of the word, and Emily just couldn’t get enough of him.
By the time, I reached the last page of this book, I still never really felt like the heroine loved the hero or was even worthy of him. He was always the one chasing her… Always the one apologizing to her… Always the one complimenting her… Always the one taking care of her… Yet, all she ever did was think about Dillon and his feelings.
How nice. That’s exactly the type of romance that I love to read about. ...I hate to have to say this, but the hero Gavin was just as pathetic and stupid. From the moment, he lays eyes on Emily, before that he was the Cristian grey of this book. Mr. tall hot billionaire.
Ok, let's get the story straight, with few lines from the book.

"Her body might want Gavin, but in no way, shape, or form did her mind…" -Emily

"Gavin had no doubt in his heart that she loved him; She’d spent the last twenty-four hours proving that. However, he couldn’t ignore that there was still a possibility she might change her mind about him once Dillon returned." -Gavin

So, let’s get this straight: He has no doubt that she loves him… But once her boyfriend gets back in town she might run back to him? Right… Because that’s true love.

There obviously going to be mixed reaction but I think Dillon raped her, just because she didn’t say no, doesn’t meant she is giving consent to do so.

They fell silently as dillion stripped her down to nothing- physically…mentally… and emotionally, it was then the blackness of what Dillon had become enveloped her like a cold shadow.

It’s not that I hate this book, here are few quote which I literally loved them from this book.

“Drunk or sober, low or high, mad or happy-a guy is not supposed to place a hand on some women ever, end of the story” -Oliviah

“when you want something this badly, you don’t give up. You fight and fight until you absolutely can’t fight anymore”-
“I want all Emily. I want to spend my nights holding hand with you, I want all the day texting. I want the laughing and the forehead kisses. I want the date nights, the moving watching and breakfast making. I want the screaming, the yelling and the crying. I know I definitely want the makeup sex that comes after all the crying. I want good and the bad and the in between”- Gavin
“I love Emily. Fuck I love her enough that I would do it over again-pain and all-just to hold her again. But I didn’t do anything wrong other than let Gina in”-Gavin
“Here’s to bottle caps, the Yankees and birds and most of all to a girl, to a beautiful girl named molly who refuse to believe the man who loves her-the man who loves her more than she will ever know and oh yeah and to Emily and Dillon”

I could go on and on about this book, but let’s wrap it up for now, because we have its sequel “pulse” too.
